Sales Compensation Administrator - Xactly Incent
We are seeking a Sales Compensation Administrator with expertise in Xactly Incent, advanced Excel capabilities, and strong testing and documentation skills. This role supports global sales compensation operations during a period of increased workload and audit driven activity.
The ideal candidate will bring hands on execution experience, the ability to work independently, and a strong understanding of sales compensation logic in fast paced, revenue driven environments.
* A minimum of five years of experience in Sales Compensation Administration
* Direct hands on experience with Xactly Incent
* Strong experience with User Acceptance Testing
* Advanced Excel skills including validating compensation calculations
* Experience reviewing documentation for SOX compliance
* Ability to analyze, validate and troubleshoot compensation calculations
* Experience translating Excel based models into Xactly scenarios and verifying system outputs
* Prior experience in SaaS or high growth technology environments is strongly preferred
* Strong understanding of revenue concepts, variable compensation logic and audit expectations
* Support the annual reset of Xactly Incent to align with approved compensation plan designs
* Translate Excel based commission models into Xactly and validate expected system behavior
* Build efficient and repeatable testing approaches for assigned sales organizations
* Write test scenarios and scripts
* Troubleshoot discrepancies between Excel results and Xactly outputs
Documentation, Compliance and Audit Support
* Prepare SOX documentation for all testing and submit it for review with subject matter experts
* Maintain high quality evidence for audits including test results, calculation validation and process notes
* Ensure all compensation processes remain compliant, documented and audit ready
