Workiva Optimization Project Manager

We have partnered with our client in their search for a

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure secure and compliant access.
• Configure and maintain Workiva workflows, templates, and system settings.
• Ensure data integrity, document organization, version control, and audit trails.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training to drive adoption.
• Support compliance and reporting processes, including SOX readiness and audit reporting.

Skills Required

1. Workiva Platform Expertise
Deep knowledge of Workiva modules, workflows, reporting, and integrations.
Ability to configure templates, manage data links, and ensure system functionality.

2. Project Management & Coordination:
Strong planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading projects, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of Workiva implementations or updates.

3. Compliance & Analytical Skills:
Understanding of SOX, internal controls, and financial reporting processes.
Ability to analyze data, maintain accuracy, and generate reports to support audits and regulatory requirements.

Education & Work Experience

• Bachelor's or equivalent work experience
• At least 3 years of Workiva experience
