Job Title: Workday Configuration Consultant - Recruiting, Payroll, Time & Absence Modules
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Configuration Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in configuring Workday Modules, specifically Recruiting, Payroll, and Time & Absence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end configuration enhancements, testing, and deployment of Workday solutions. This role requires close collaboration with HR, Business, and Vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and enhance Workday modules for Recruiting, Payroll, and Time & Absence.
- Conduct thorough testing and ensure successful deployment of Workday solutions.
- Partner closely with HR, Business, and Vendors to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Build and maintain business process workflows, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements.
- Stay current on trends and developments within Workday technology, providing ideas and information regarding best practices.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Executive-level personnel.
- Work within Agile Methodologies, with experience in Rally being a plus.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Must Haves:

- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
