- Understand and manage dependencies between Compensation and HCM, Reporting, Security and Payroll.
- Ensure configuration changes are thoroughly tested and delivered to a high standard.

- Compensation Cycles
- Planner Worksheets
- Review Processes

Experience supporting large or complex annual compensation cycles would be particularly valuable.

The Profile We Are Looking For
This role is suited to an experienced Workday Compensation specialist with genuine hands-on configuration expertise.
The ideal candidate will have a strong Core Compensation background and be capable of operating independently within a mature Workday environment. Advanced Compensation experience would be a significant advantage, particularly where the individual has supported complex annual compensation cycles.
The focus is specifically on Workday Compensation expertise rather than broader Reward, HR or HCM responsibilities.
Profiles That Are Not a Fit
We are not looking for:
- Reward professionals with limited hands-on Workday configuration experience.
- Generalist HCM consultants with only incidental Compensation exposure.
- Payroll-centric candidates without genuine Workday Compensation depth.
- Candidates whose experience is primarily project coordination rather than configuration.
- Junior consultants who require detailed task-by-task direction.
- Candidates who have worked around Compensation but have not directly configured and supported the Workday module.
