The Lucas Group has partnered with our client in The Woodlands, TX that is seeking a Wealth Management Planning Associate. This is a full-time permanent opportunity.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver superior client service - troubleshoot problems, schedule and organize meetings.
- Serve as liaison between Advisor and client as needed
- Operate financial planning and client management software
- Analyze client situations and propose possible solutions in the wealth management planning process
- Provide support to relationship manager(s) and wealth manager(s)
- Manage client information - prepare client reports, submit and follow up on necessary paperwork, regularly update CRM
- Interface with client third party administrators, attorneys, accountants, and custodians
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Screen phone calls and take messages
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related professional experience in Sales, Accounting or other related business
- Familiarity with Tamarac Advisor View, Tamarac CRM (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Must be organized, detail-oriented and time-management
- Client first attitude, excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment
