Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with leading commercial real estate organization on their search for a VPHR. The VPHR will develop and implement HR strategies around talent acquisition, compensation/benefits, training and development, performance management, etc. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' HR experience, come out of a similar industry and be hands on.

• Lead and manage all ongoing organizational change initiatives
• Design and administer HR policies and programs
• Provide support for payroll functions to include payroll billing, taxes, and reconciliations
• Identify areas on needed improvement around employee engagement, workforce productivity, and automation
• Manage talent acquisition function
• Develop and implement performance management programs
• Lead annual review and renewal for benefit plans
• Lead various HR related projects as necessary
• Be able to travel upwards 25% domestically

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4 year degree
• 10+ years' experience in HR
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Strong interpersonal skills around relationship building, collaboration, and conflict resolution
