Job Title - VP Accounting/CFO
Job Requirements
Support the President and CEO with strategic planning, modeling, data analytics and budgeting and forecasting for this privately held services company.
Oversight for Accounting, Financial Reporting, Contract Administration, Information Technology in a continuous process improvement environment.
Oversight for Cash Management & Forecasting. Debt Facilities and maintaining key banking relationships.
Manage all business related Insurance, 3rd part benefit plans, 401K administration and tax compliance.
Manage long-range objectives and projects wiith short term initiatives, tracking progress and identifying unexpected obstacles that could cause delay.
Build financial models and data analytics to identify trends, deficiencies, opportunities, anomalies, etc in the business that provide macro level data to facilitate strategy development and long-range planning.
Qualifications
Degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA Licenses (active)
~20 years experience in simialr leaderhsip role that included public accounitng expeirence with Big 4 or Mid-tier firm
Demonstrated tenured career progression throughout career
Strong organizational planning, operating in an efficient and productive manner.
Highly collaborative with others, innovative and strategic thinker, always seeking solutions for the greater good.
