We are partnering with our client, a rapidly growing health food manufacturer, on a VP of Operations to help the company grow to $1B in 5 years. This is a very visible and essential position and will report directly to the COO. This opportunity offers an opportunity to become a COO or CEO.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
- lead operations through growth to $1B revenue
- purchasing, sourcing, planning, production (co-man), quality, packaging, logistics, customer service
- new product innovation
- establish new ERP
- develop analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- continuous improvement throughout supply chain from vendors to logistics
- ensure timely product launches
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Min of 15 years Food & Beverage/CPG experience
- Entrepreneurial
- Leadership in a Fortune 500 food manufacturing company.
- Experience taking a company to the next level as revenue doubling
- Extensive experience working with contract manufacturers
- Rounded out exp; broad skill sets, not just purchasing
