Lucas Group has partnered with a fast growing global tech startup headquartered in NYC on their search for a VP of People. This role will support over 800 global employees including a global HR team of six to drive all aspects of HR including Performance Management, Employee Development, Global Alignment and Risk Management, as well as overseeing recruiting for this growing VC backed technology company.

Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy, supporting over 800 employees and global HR team of six to drive all short, mid and long-term goals for the organization
- Work with C-Suite to address and implement HR Risk & Compliance, Performance Management, Employee Development, Organizational Development (Global Alignment) and Data/Analytics
- Develop new processes to continue to drive the company forward and support its people
