Title: Director of People

Lucas Group has partnered with a leading digital media and advertising company on their search for a Director of People sitting in NYC. This role is strategic, leading a team of direct and indirect reports, and ideal for an HR Generalist leader with a "roll up your sleeves" mentality who thrives in a fast paced, sales driven environment. This role will also support recruiting strategy as the company ramps up hiring in Q1 2018.

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ Years of progressive HR Experience
• Successful track record in leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, and recruiting strategy
• Experience supporting employees in multiple offices
• Entrepreneurial, energetic and dynamic

Responsibilities:

• Work with General Counsel and CEO to maintain and further develop HR strategy in all areas, including talent development, succession planning, performance management, benefits, compensation, recruiting and more
• Manage small team of direct and indirect reports
• Develop new processes to continue to drive the company forward, attracting and retaining top talent
