Role Overview: Lucas Group has been exclusively engaged to find the next VP of Global Talent Acquisition at a large technology company in Atlanta.
This organization is going through an enterprise-wide rebranding and digital transformation, and this is an excellent opportunity to build out the recruiting organizational structure globally, develop the employer branding strategy, and partner with senior leaders to build out diversity and inclusion-focused culture. The ideal candidate is a senior-level talent acquisition change agent who can juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop strategies: Develop talent acquisition and workforce strategies and translate into holistic plans to meet business unit and enterprise objectives
- Workforce planning: Work with key stakeholders to identify talent needs and implement programs to address current and future workforce planning strategies
- Global Interviewing Excellence: Develop tools and educate leaders to drive interviewing and talent assessment best practices in alignment with our business objectives, culture, and business transformation efforts,
- Leadership: Lead the Talent Acquisition community of practice across both centralized and decentralized teams
- Talent pipeline: Develop proactive approaches for talent planning and pipelines, with a specific focus on entry-level talent through robust University Relations, Co-Op and Internship programs
- Technology: Effectively leverage technology platforms, web, and social media in alignment with best-in-class talent acquisition practices

Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience to include 3+ years leading the Talent Acquisition function in a large, complex organization. Preference for leading both centralized and decentralized teams.
- Previous development of business-aligned talent acquisition initiatives including employer branding, diversity & inclusion sourcing strategy and candidate experience
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing Talent Acquisition strategy, identifying gaps and building plans to address gaps.
- Experience building exceptional talent acquisition practices across all levels of talent within an organization. This includes executive recruiting, contract hires and entry-level talent programs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; friendly, tactful, good negotiator, build partnerships, leverage internal partners and maintains effective external network.
- Excellent relationship management and communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate at all levels
