Privately held Contract Manufacturer in the Greater Buffalo New York Area is seeking a qualified applicant to manage and oversee all aspects of its 300,000 square foot manufacturing operation. Qualified applicants must possess extensive business and manufacturing experience. Applicants with technical degrees or background in manufacturing are highly preferred.
Duties will include managing all day to day operations of the manufacturing functions as well as all support related activities including, quality, purchasing, logistics, warehouse, planning, facilities, and maintenance. Performance objectives will be established which will include delivery, quality and productivity for all customers.
Chosen applicant would report to CEO and work with executive team to develop long term strategic objectives related to continue growth and development of the enterprise. Team building and overall future employee development will be key objective. Applicant will work closely with Human Resources, Finance, and Engineering to execute goals and objectives of the operation.
This is a Private Organization. The company specializes in Manufacturing and Designing equipment and machinery for a robust customer base. Low Volume/Highly Complex Contract manufacturing company servicing the Medical/Defense/Industrial/Semi-Conductor Industries. Position will eventually be part of the Executive Leadership team.
