We have partnered with our client in their search for a Voice Automation Engineer.
Research and conduct technical studies/evaluations on vendor products as well as on current and emerging technologies; they recommend appropriate investments in the company's network infrastructure, related communication technologies, and equipment.
Automate voice solutions utilizing python.
Analyze highly complex network-related requirements and develop high-level and complimentary detailed technical design documentation that supports an overall business solution for the client.
Provide solution engineering for voice, video, collaboration tools and network infrastructure tasks and issues reported by user support desk
Work on assigned voice/video and network infrastructure projects
Provide support during system installations across all sites
Provide support to other Systems Infrastructure teams during project implementation
Maintain inventory of network and telecom devices and services
Candidate should have extensive technical and hands-on knowledge on Cisco Unified voice communication infrastructure and skills to design, engineer, support, troubleshoot, configure, and install voice, video endpoints and collaboration tools
Candidate should have previous experience working in network infrastructure areas preferably in a financial institution
Candidate should have experience in trading floor voice and recording systems
Experience with Python and Automation.
Extensive knowledge on Cisco Unified communication components such as communication manager, video communication servers, meeting servers, telepresence management servers, collaboration tools and endpoints
Extensive knowledge on engineering, configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco Call manager voice and video endpoints, voice gateway routers, PSTN access.
Extensive knowledge on configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco expressways, TMS, CMS infrastructure.
Knowledge on engineering and configuring of Cisco switches, routers and firewalls
