Lucas group has been retained by one of the fastest growing companies in the Valley in a search for a Vice President of Inside Sales who will have the opportunity to build and grow a world-class team of inside sellers. This position will be based in Phoenix.

In addition to other cities, they have been based in Phoenix for several years and have developed a reputation as a fun, employee centric culture.

Position Summary

In this role you would lead a high volume call center, hire and mentor great sales talent, develop and deliver impactful sales trainings and enablement processes, and partner with peers to drive departmental strategies

Partial Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Provide Strong, dynamic leadership that develops, mentors, and guides team members to efficiently leverage the value of every customer interaction
  • Develops and administers annual sales plan to attain business goals with operational stability
  • Partners with Sales Operations to establish individual sales targets and recommend incentives
  • Develops, implements, and owns effective internal and external quality programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, graduate degree in relevant field preferred
  • 5 years of experience as a Director or VP of a direct sales call center operation
  • 5 years of experience selling software solutions to business customers
  • Demonstrated history of excellent leadership particularly in a team-based environment
