Title: Vice President of Human Resources

Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a growing technology organization on their search for a Vice President of Human Resources, located near Ridgefield Park, NJ. While managing a team of 8+ HR professionals, this strategic thinking individual will partner closely with the Chief People Officer and other key leaders to design and implement human resource policies, procedures and initiatives across the organization. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Promote HR initiatives and programs that align with corporate goals and values
• Develop human resource practices that enable a high-performance culture
• Identify talent gaps and develop specific succession planning programs
• Provide effective training and development programs to increase employee growth
• Lead the Compensation and Benefits function for the business
• Coordinate HR activities to ensure legal compliance
• Develop, implement and administer company-wide policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years progressive HR experience
• 5+ years HR Management
• Prior experience as lead HR individual for a business or business unit
