Lucas Group has been engaged on a search for a Vice President of Human Resources within a privately-held financial services firm in Atlanta. This is an exciting opportunity to serve as the Head of HR for a high-growth company. Ideal candidates are hands-on leaders with a strong generalist background within a corporate professional services or financial services environment, supporting benefits administration, employee relations, learning and development, coaching, performance management, succession planning, HR metrics, recruiting, total rewards, HRIS and payroll.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

Experience Requirements:

• 10-15 years of generalist experience in a corporate environment
• Ability to roll up your sleeves and collaborate in a team-centric environment
• Demonstrated accomplishments in benefits administration, learning and development, recruiting, coaching, performance management, compensation, and HRIS

Responsibilities:

• Manage benefits open enrollment and broker partnerships
• Assess training needs and develop programs to improve learning and development
• Map job titles and descriptions to provide standardization across the company
• Determine compensation structure
• Build out performance management process
