Position: Vice President of Franchise Sales and Relations
Reports to: COO
Company: Multi-Concepted Asian Restaurant Company
Location: Los Angeles
Background: 10+ years in restaurant franchise sales: casual dining, quick casual or QSR. Ideally has worked in an entrepreneurial, founder owned business
Accountability: develop and execute the strategic growth initiative of 2 restaurant concepts: casual dining and fast casual
Responsibilities: managing current pipeline, lead generation, recruiting, new sales. Develops and drives prospects through inquiry, discovery day, approval, signing, on-boarding (all related duties) leading to opening. Work with marketing, finance, legal, site selection, training, construction functions.
Compensation: base salary, plus performance bonus and commissions
Relocation Assistance: available. NOTE: highly desire CA candidates OR those who have lived in SoCal previously and wish to again
