Overview:
Lucas Group has partnered with an international leader in the manufacturing and distribution of appliance and plumbing products to identify a Vice President to lead them into the next phase of growth and expansion. The VP will need to be a strategic-thinker with proven successes in growing the business. The VP will be the strategic leader over the functional areas of: Operations, Marketing, Finance and HR.
Requirement(s):

• Candidate must be out of Plumbing, Appliance and/or Building Material Industry
• Proven successes in growing the business (i.e. mergers, acquisitions, technology enhancement, talent acquisition, etc.)
• Bachelor's Degree with MBA highly preferred
