UX Researcher

Junior UX Researcher | Remote, Europe

We're hiring a Junior UX Researcher to support a fast-moving product team on a leading digital product. You'll work alongside Product Managers and UX Designers to uncover user needs, run research studies, and help shape the future experience for customers.

This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of UX research experience who's eager to learn, comfortable collaborating, and ready to grow in a supportive environment.

Contract info:

• Remote working
• Initial 4 month contract
• Estimated monthly earning $4,500-$4,800 (Excl VAT)

You'll be:

• Running interviews, surveys, and usability tests
• Turning research into actionable insights
• Partnering with product and design to influence decisions
• Learning from experienced UX teammates in a collaborative setting

We're looking for someone who is:

• Early-career but grounded in UX research fundamentals
• Clear, communicative, and accountable
• Curious, coachable, and ambitious
• Able to showcase at least one strong research case study

Location: Remote in Europe preferred, with Poland or Portugal especially of interest.
