Korn Ferry is engaged in a search for Sr UAT Testers with experience in Financial Services, specifically Wealth Management.

The UAT Tester will play a key role in ensuring product readiness by creating and executing comprehensive test plans. You will work closely with developers and analysts to validate system functionality and performance before go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test scripts for user acceptance testing (UAT).
Validate functional and technical requirements through systematic testing.
Identify and document defects, track resolution, and ensure quality standards are met.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to conduct UAT cycles.

Qualifications:

Experience in UAT software testing in Financial Services, preferably in Wealth Management.
Proficiency in test planning, defect tracking tools, and QA methodologies.
Ability to develop test scripts using SQL.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education & Work Experience

Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
8+ years of experience
