Trust Administrator (Houston)

Responsibilities:
Administer trusts and personal investments on behalf of beneficiaries
Consult with investment advisors, tax advisor, outside counsel, insurance specialist and coordinate investment activity
Document and track beneficiary distributions, investments, funds, meetings, and agendas
Communicate and interface directly with clients and beneficiaries
Review documentation including financial statements, investment advisory agreements, subscription agreements, real estate related agreements, trustee minutes, corporate formation documents, and other corporate documents
Requirements:
5+ years of experience with trust administration
J.D. from an accredited law school
Strong communication and writing skills
