Lucas Group is working with a leading local Manufacturer located in Scottsdale to hire a Treasury Analyst to join their team. This is a direct hire role.
Responsibilities:
Monitor account balances to ensure adequate funding.
Recommend forecast.
Issue, amend, and cancel Letters of Credit as needed.
Process applicable transfers between bank accounts.
Process manual and automated wire and ACH payments.
Verify accuracy of banking instructions for all payments.
Manage wire and ACH templates through the banking systems.
Process and deposit incoming checks daily.
Review daily positive pay exception items and determine which items to pay.
Review controlled disbursement account for necessary funding on a daily basis.
Communicate with banks to resolve various banking issues that may arise.
Work collaboratively with other internal areas to troubleshoot as necessary.
Assist Treasury Manager, Assistant Treasurer, and Treasurer with ad hoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
Advanced Excel proficiency.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to maintain stability under pressure and be flexible and willing to modify plans and behavior when necessary.
Ability to be a positive representative of the Company both internally and externally.
Ability to work with respect and cooperation at all times with fellow employees and customers.
Experience/Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
