RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Experience in Commercial Real Estate or Commercial Transactions
• Review due diligence documents
• Review Surveys
• Review title commitments and underlying exceptions
• Review Plats
• Lead checklist conference calls

REQUIREMENTS

• B.A. strongly preferred
• Paralegal Certificate preferred
• 2 + years of experience
