Corporate Transactions Attorney (Contract)
A healthcare application company is seeking a transactions attorney with 5+ years of experience reviewing and advising on large contracts. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of Central/South American law and some knowledge of taxation, employment law, and corporate dissolution. The position is remote and can sit anywhere.
Responsibilities:
Review and advise on a large contract, primarily regarding corporate dissolution
Advise regarding tax law, employment law, and international law
Requirements:
3+ years of experience with corporate transactions and/or experience reviewing and advising on complex corporate contracts
J.D. Degree, licensed to practice law in the states
Experience working with Central or South American organizations
Strong communication and writing skills
