Our client, a prominent Chicago based firm is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of general tax experience, working in a fast-paced team environment at a nationally recognized law firm. All candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and have excellent analytical, writing and interpersonal skills.
Candidates can expect to work on a wide variety of transactional, structuring and planning tax matters, including hedge funds, private equity funds, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, inbound and outbound investments, financial instruments and derivatives, and real estate investments.
