Established DC Am Law 200 firm seeks an experienced Trademark Prosecution Paralegal. Candidates must be detail-oriented and will be responsible for assisting attorneys with the management of foreign and domestic trademark applications
Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate from an ABA qualified program preferred, or equivalent experience.
Primary responsibilities include utilization of your knowledge of trademark laws and procedures in your work with team members on foreign and domestic trademark matters; preparing filings and correspondence; managing deadlines; reviewing client and vendor bills and resolving discrepancies of same; providing recommendations; conduct clearance searches and other related duties.
