Trademark Paralegal: Midtown Manhattan law firm

• Focus on foreign and domestic Trademark prosecution
• Complete USPTO filings, including new Trademark applications, SOUs, post-registration filings, assignments and TTAB matters.
• Support foreign Trademark prosecution, worldwide assignment projects, legalization of documents and preparation of cost estimates for clients
• This is a full-time, salaried position. Hours are 9:30AM-5:30PM with flexibility for overtime.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a Trademark prosecution paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Paralegal certificate is a plus
• Knowledge of CPi is a plus.
