We have partnered with our client in their search for a Trade Floor Analyst.
Responsibilities
Responsible for following established guidelines and identifying and resolving problems.
The individual at this level is expected to use independence of thought, though can refer more complex issues to other experts as needed.
The individual is expected to contribute to workflow or process change and redesign, and to form a strong basic understanding of the specific products or processes.
May also be accountable for regular reporting or process administration.
Identify and resolve support issues
Desk side support for applications
Log and track all user requests using the Ticketing Database
On boarding new hires and training / Process user termination requests
Setup and deploy new workstations: Operating System installs, application installations, configuration and testing
Provide Early (7am) or Late coverage (7pm)
Skills Required
Minimum 5 years' experience in a User Support, Systems Support, or Systems Administration role.
Specific Trading Floor experience within financial services.
Experience in a User Support, Systems Support, or Systems Administration role.
High sense of urgency as a Trading Floor environment needs to be supported.
Experience with Market Data Applications (Bloomberg, Refinitiv / Reuters).
Windows, Remote Access setup and troubleshooting via Citrix, and Active Directory
Installing software, patches, and updates on workstations and laptops.
Troubleshooting and replacing hardware.
Troubleshooting basic network, software, and printing problems.
Managing Users and Computers through Active Directory and Microsoft System Center Configuration Manger (SCCM).
