Lucas Group has partnered with a global health and beauty firm on their search for a Total Rewards Specialist. The Total Rewards Specialist will report to the Director of HR and will be responsible for the Compensation, Benefits and 401K Administration of the company. Some of the other responsibilities will be as follows:
- Will work with an outside firm to conduct market data analysis, benchmarking and make recommendations to upper management
- Support the annual compensation increase/processes
- Provide data and collaborate with HR Business Partners, TA Partners and People leaders
- Monitor trends in Total Rewards that impact compensation and benefits
- Administer benefits programs (Health/Welfare/Retirement/PTO and Leaves)
- Coordinate and implement Health & Welfare
- Manage Open Enrollment, and Wellness Programs
- Manage 401k, 5500, SPD, FLSA, ADA, ERISA, ACA, FMLA and HR Audits
Job Requirements
- 5 Years experience in compensation (preferably global)
- 3 Years experience with benefits (preferably global)
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred
- Compensation analysis, market pricing, compensation plan structure/design
- Experience with 401K administration
- Knowledge of health & welfare benefits and processes, procedures and regulations
