Title:  Total Rewards Analyst

Location:  Houston, TX

Lucas Group has partnered with a leading chemical company on their search for a Total Rewards Analyst with a specific focus on benefits. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience working in benefits with a large organization.
Responsibilities:

• Monitor and administer company pension and retirement plans
• Administer companywide benefit plans including calculations, distributions and data management/reporting
• Oversee union and nonunion annual retirement contribution calculation and contribution process
• Ensure compliance
• Prepare funding requirements and partner with third parties to determine liquidation requirements
• Review invoices
• Manage medical/dental/vision plans
• Act as point of contact for incoming questions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong knowledge on health and welfare plans, as well as retirement plans
• 5+ years' experience
• CEBS or similar certification strongly preferred
