Lucas Group has partnered with a Tampa-based technology services client to identify a Level 3 Technical Support Analyst with telecommunications experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Work directly with customers over telephone or remote session to design, configure, and troubleshoot VoIP
Respond to questions and support calls about client's phone system, mobile app, and fax system
Set up and install VoIP phone system at new customer sites
Effectively resolve issues related to hosted and on-premise PBX
Collaborate with customers' IT Departments to quickly resolve network issues
Provision phones and call routes for new customers
Answer technical questions about client's service offers
Qualifications:
Experience troubleshooting VoIP call quality
Experience with call flow design
Technical support experience with customers via telephone
Knowledge of Asterisk, Free PBX and/or Sangoma VoIP Servers is preferred
