Lucas Group has partnered with a Tampa-based technology services client to identify a Level 3 Technical Support Analyst with telecommunications experience. 


Job Responsibilities: 
 

  • Work directly with customers over telephone or remote session to design, configure, and troubleshoot VoIP
  • Respond to questions and support calls about client's phone system, mobile app, and fax system
  • Set up and install VoIP phone system at new customer sites 
  • Effectively resolve issues related to hosted and on-premise PBX
  • Collaborate with customers' IT Departments to quickly resolve network issues
  • Provision phones and call routes for new customers
  • Answer technical questions about client's service offers



Qualifications: 

  • Experience troubleshooting VoIP call quality
  • Experience with call flow design
  • Technical support experience with customers via telephone 
  • Knowledge of Asterisk, Free PBX and/or Sangoma VoIP Servers is preferred
