Lucas Group has partnered with a leading company in Athlete Monitoring technology and software to identify and hire Territory Sales Representatives as part of an expansion program.
The TSR will sell to Colleges and Club Sports Organizations within a designated territory with a particular focus on Soccer, Basketball, Lacrosse and Field Hockey programs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience ideally with the sport or college market and will be comfortable working remotely.
This is a salary + commission role and a solid benefits package is also provided. This is a "hands-on", feet on the pavement kind of role. A TSR’s success will be determined by and compensated based on commissions generated by accounts secured.
