We have partnered with our client in their search for a Remote Temporary Recruiter to provide hands-on, full-cycle recruiting support within a financial services environment. This consultant will manage searches across investment, operations, administrative, and early-career functions while delivering a responsive experience to candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. The successful consultant will be able to learn established processes quickly, manage multiple priorities independently, and contribute with limited ramp-up time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned full-cycle searches for investment and operations professionals, administrative staff, and interns.
  • Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team members to clarify staffing needs, search priorities, role requirements, and interview plans.
  • Source qualified candidates through direct outreach, professional networks, referrals, job boards, recruiting agencies, and other approved channels.
  • Screen and assess candidates based on role requirements, relevant experience, and alignment with the organization's working environment.
  • Present qualified candidate profiles to hiring stakeholders.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather timely feedback, and maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Create or update job descriptions and recruiting materials for assigned openings.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and timely recruiting records in the applicant tracking system and SharePoint.
  • Coordinate with approved external recruiting agencies when additional support is needed.
  • Track recruiting activity and key performance indicators for assigned searches.
  • Provide concise status updates to Talent Acquisition team members and hiring managers.
  • Maintain organized documentation of open searches, candidate pipelines, decisions, and outstanding follow-ups.
  • Prepare a clear handoff of active recruiting work at the conclusion of the assignment.
  • Partner with Human Resources and business stakeholders on other assignment-related recruiting needs.

Required Qualifications

  • At least four years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Recruiting experience within asset management, banking, financial services, or another regulated professional-services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple active searches and advance candidates through the recruiting process.
  • Experience sourcing, screening, assessing, and presenting qualified candidates.
  • Strong interview coordination, stakeholder management, and candidate communication skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and recruiting technology.
  • Ability to become productive quickly and manage immediate hiring priorities with limited ramp-up time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and timely recruiting records.
  • Sound judgment, professionalism, reliability, and discretion when handling candidate, employee, compensation, and business information.
  • Ability to provide concise status updates and transition open recruiting work cleanly at the end of the assignment.
