ATTORNEY- FDA REGULATORY DUE DILIGENCE *(Contract Assignment)
Temporary Attorney with healthcare/ FDA experience and due diligence experience for IPO transactions. Can sit in NYC or Boston, MA offices of large law firm.
Assignment starts ASAP (as soon as Monday 1/14) and will last at least 3 months. Rate of pay 65-75/hr DOE. Will work directly with partner to support due dlligence project.
- Conducts FDA due diligence assessments as part of IPO(s), mergers, acquisitions and other business transactions
- Provides regulatory and enforcement counsel to companies of all sizes on products regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
- Advises clients on preparing new drug, biologic license, pre-market approval, and 510(k) applications
