The Position

As the company is growing so is the demand for product and their desire to expand business in established territories. I am looking for someone to join the sales team in the ST Louis area who can help maintain current business accounts, be the point of contact for them in presenting new ways to improve their current services and introduce them to new products/systems being rolled out. This position will focus mainly on the sale of their fire and entry systems but will also have the ability to enhance business and relations with these accounts by being their trusted advisor. Requirements

We are looking for candidates that have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales engineer or sales analyst experience working with and selling to General contractors, commercial construction companies, engineering firms , builders and other related construction fields where contacts were contractors.
  • Need to have experience and comfort level doing presentations to C- Level clients
  • Solid background and reasonable working knowledge design and building construction.
  • Motivated, self-starter who works well autonomously and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Proven track record of growing business through analytics and fact based selling
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is preferred)
