We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional, complex initiatives within our HRIS domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large projects and possess exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects supporting HRIS systems.
Provide oversight, drive timelines, manage risks, and prioritize deliverables aligned to business outcomes.
Collaborate with technology partners and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies.
Utilize the Rally tool for Agile delivery and project tracking.
Actively identify, manage, and remove impediments affecting team productivity.
Demonstrate strong risk management skills and experience.
Ensure proficiency with Microsoft Project and the Microsoft toolset (M365).
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager leading cross-functional complex initiatives.
PMP certified.
Strong communication skills with demonstrated thought leadership.
Experience with end-to-end software delivery lifecycle.
Experience with Agile delivery and the Rally tool is preferred.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technology partners and business stakeholders.
Demonstrated risk management skills and experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft toolset (M365).
Experience supporting Workday projects or other equivalent HRIS systems.
