Program Director, Enterprise Transformation
Hybrid - Dallas, TX - (Local Candidates Only)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead complex enterprise transformation initiatives spanning both business and technology functions. This role will drive coordination across multiple workstreams, establish governance and execution frameworks, and ensure alignment between strategic objectives and program delivery.

This is not a project management role. The individual will operate at the program level, partnering with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to manage cross-functional transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide business and technology transformation programs.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams across Finance, Accounting, Operations, Legal, Technology, Cybersecurity, and other business functions.
  • Establish program governance, reporting structures, and executive communications.
  • Drive business process mapping, requirements gathering, and organizational alignment.
  • Develop and maintain RACI models, RAID logs, dependency tracking, and change control processes.
  • Manage program risks, issues, milestones, and deliverables across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee third-party vendors, system integrators, and consulting partners to ensure SOW commitments are met.
  • Create executive-level status reporting and steering committee updates.
  • Implement operational discipline, governance processes, and delivery cadences that support organizational growth and scalability.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of program management experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.
  • Proven success managing multiple cross-functional workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong experience with business process mapping, requirements definition, governance, dependency management, and executive reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendors, system integrators, SOWs, milestones, deliverables, budgets, and change control.
  • Track record of bringing structure and execution discipline to growing or evolving organizations.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • ERP transformation experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Fusion experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience within energy, construction, industrial infrastructure, manufacturing, engineering, data center, utilities, or other capital-intensive industries.
  • Experience supporting organizations transitioning from entrepreneurial environments to more mature operating models.
  • Familiarity with enterprise transformation and organizational change management methodologies.
