Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a leading industrial equipment organization on their search for a Technician Recruiter. This will be the first recruiter for the company and will interact closely with multiple lines of business. This person will be largely responsible for recruiting technicians, both field and in-house. This role will require day and some over-night travel.
Responsibilities:

• Partner with business unit managers on hiring needs and goals
• Actively recruit and engage with candidates through cold calling, career fairs, job postings, etc.
• Travel to various field locations throughout TX/LA/AR
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting efforts for field and in-house technicians

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years' recruiting experience, preferably technicians or other blue collar workforce
• Able to manage in a fast-paced environment
• Multi-site recruiting experience a plus
• Ability to travel 50% - overnight and day
• Must be a true "head hunter" and actively seek out talent
• Ability to sell the company and role to potential applicants
