Technical Workday Consultant
Position Overview:
* Serve as an interim leader to support the transformation of the Workday platform
* Partner closely with the Workday and HRIS organization to optimize, modernize, and enhance platform capabilities
* Support strategic roadmap development across workstreams, including integrations and reporting
* Lead the implementation and optimization of Workday modules to maximize impact and platform performance
* Drive preparation for AI agent adoption within Workday, including module selection, optimization strategy, and ecosystem integration
* Collaborate with both functional and technical teams in a hands on capacity
* Influence and guide stakeholders at various levels throughout the transformation initiative
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the strategic assessment and modernization of the Workday platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
* Partner with HRIS leadership to define and execute a Workday transformation roadmap
* Implement and optimize Workday modules, driving standardization, scalability, and operational efficiency
* Provide hands on support across functional and technical workstreams, including integrations and reporting
* Evaluate opportunities for introducing AI agents within Workday and guide planning, prioritization, and rollout strategy
* Influence and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders without direct authority
* Oversee project planning, delivery milestones, and risk management for Workday initiatives
* Mentor and provide guidance to existing Workday and HRIS team members
Must Have Qualifications:
* Deep Workday experience, including relevant certifications
* Proven ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels without direct authority
* Strong project management capabilities with experience leading end to end Workday initiatives
