Our firm has been selected to conduct a search for Technical Underwriter on behalf of a publically traded manufacturing company located in Houston. Compensation: up to 75K plus
This position will entertain a competitive range of compensation including base salary and competitive benefits.

Some responsibilities include…

• Process credit applications
• Ability to work in fast paced, high volume, high speed environment
• Interface with internal employees and external customers in a professional manner
• Evaluations and liquidity ratios
• Complete special projects on an ad hoc basis

Experience Requirements:

• BS/BA Required
• 5-7+ years’ experience
• Must have commercial underwriting experience (not mortgage or banking)
• Strong financial statement analysis
• Credit underwriting skills
• Proficient in Excel: pivot tables & vlookups
• Ideal candidate will possess job stability with a solid track record of success as demonstrated by progressively more responsible positions in their career.
