Korn Ferry Interim is hiring for an IT Helpdesk Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get their foot into the door with an established, enterprise IT department.
What You'll Do:
Provide excellent customer service and support to local and remote users
Assist Senior IT Support team members with managing project tickets
Troubleshoot basic end user connectivity and account creation/resets
Make outbound calls to follow up with users and ensure resolution satisfaction
Respond to phone calls and email requests in a timely manner
Skills/Experience You'll Need:
3+ years of corporate IT Support experience (or related internship etc)
Basic IT systems and technology knowledge in a Windows environment
