Our Life Sciences client is rolling out a Salesforce-based CPQ solution and requires an experienced Technical Software Trainer to support end-user adoption in Madrid.
This is a short-term, intensive contract, focused on rapidly learning existing training materials and delivering high-quality, onsite training sessions.
Rapidly learn the Salesforce CPQ training curriculum and talk tracks
Deliver engaging, instructor-led training sessions (predominantly onsite)
Facilitate workshops and webinars for diverse user groups
Adapt delivery based on feedback from internal training leads
Support users around go-live where required
Minimum 5 years' experience as a technical software trainer
Strong Salesforce platform experience (CPQ exposure required)
Fluent in Spanish and English
Proven ability to deliver onsite, instructor-led training
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Based in or around Madrid and able to attend the office regularly
Knowledge of adult learning principles
Salesforce certification(s)
