Title:  Technical Recruiting Lead

Location:  Dallas, TX OR New York, NY

Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered exclusively with a groundbreaking technology company on their search for a Technical Recruiting Lead, to sit in Dallas, TX or New York, NY.
Responsibilities:

• Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to determine growth and hiring needs and develop talent strategies
• Execute the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, maintaining a pipeline, interviewing, negotiating salary and onboarding
• Stay informed and involved in current networks, trends, resources, channels and methods to attract top tech talent
• Consistently provide a great experience for candidates (hired and not hired) as well as to our internal team

Requirements:

• 5+ years of technology recruiting, preferably at companies with a record of hiring elite technical talent, and/or have an extensive network within the tech community
• Proven track record of success attracting and hiring passive talent
• Process-oriented and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics.
• Thrive in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
• Experience in startups a plus.
