Technical Director, Oracle Fusion
Overview
We're looking for a Technical Director, Oracle Fusion to lead architecture, integrations, and technical delivery across a complex enterprise environment. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership, driving scalable, high-performing Oracle Fusion solutions.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end technical strategy for Oracle Fusion (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.)
- Lead architecture across integrations, data migration, reporting, and extensions
- Guide and mentor technical teams (developers, integration leads, architects)
- Oversee API, middleware, and system integrations across enterprise platforms
- Drive data integrity, performance optimization, and system scalability
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical challenges
- Partner with business and functional teams to deliver impactful solutions
What You Bring
- 10+ years in enterprise systems, with deep Oracle Fusion expertise
- Proven leadership of large-scale implementations or transformations
- Strong experience in:
- Integrations (APIs, OIC, middleware)
- Data conversion & migration
- Technical architecture & design
- Ability to operate strategically and hands-on
- Strong communication with both executive and technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience across multiple Fusion modules (ERP, HCM, SCM)
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience
- Background in large, complex or global environments
