We are seeking an experienced Appian Platform Owner to lead a Greenfield Appian implementation and establish the organization's Appian platform from the ground up. This individual will own the platform strategy, architecture, implementation, governance, and long-term roadmap while serving as the primary Appian expert across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Appian platform, including strategy, roadmap, governance, and delivery.
- Lead the architecture, implementation, and administration of a new Appian environment.
- Serve as a hands-on Solution Architect, designing and building workflows, applications, and business processes.
- Partner with Appian Professional Services and implementation partners to deliver the initial MVP.
- Establish development standards, best practices, and platform governance.
- Leverage Appian's workflow, automation, orchestration, and AI capabilities to drive business transformation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize new automation opportunities.
- Provide technical leadership and help build and scale the internal Appian team over time.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on Appian implementation experience, including enterprise-scale deployments.
- Proven experience leading Greenfield Appian implementations.
- Strong background in solution architecture, workflow design, and platform administration.
- Experience owning a platform end-to-end, including roadmap development, governance, vendor management, and delivery.
- Expertise with Appian workflows, integrations, automation, and AI capabilities.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
