We are working with an Am Law firm in Boston that is looking for a Tech Transactions Attorney to join their team on a temp to perm basis! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top ranked firm.
Responsibilities:
-Experienced drafting & negotiating tech based agreements, including SaaS, cloud based, software & hardware licensing
-Experienced with IP and privacy & corporate compliance is a plus
Requirements:
-Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with at least 5 years of experience in a law firm, or Fortune 500 legal team
-Experienced drafting & negotiating tech based agreements, including SaaS, cloud based, software & hardware licensing
-Experienced with IP and privacy & corporate compliance is a plus
Hours: 9-5pm, on-site with possible OT
Pay rate: Up to $75/hourly, DOE
