Lucas Group's client is seeking a Tax Manager to contribute as a client service professional on a high-performing, collaborative team within a growing professional services organization. Great exposure to executive financial management with rewarding tax planning duties.
Opportunity:
- Tax planning and return preparation for corporations, partnerships, and individuals
- Multi-state income tax returns
- International tax
- Taxing authority representation
- Tax effects of buying or selling a business
- Sales tax return preparation and filing
- Various other projects and services
- Assist other groups on an ad hoc and project basis (accounting, audit, business consulting, valuation services, financial planning, payroll, etc.)
Requirements:
- CPA
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting (preferred)
- 5+ years relevant tax experience
- Experience serving small or mid-size clients
- Strong tax returns experience including multi-state
- International tax experience (preferred)
