Lucas Group has partner with a leading Financial Tech company in their search for a Talent Manager. The right candidate for this role with have experience from a company that sells software and from a high M&A environment. They must have a strong recruiting background for both technical as well as standard business, sales, support, accounting etc. Experience developing and implementing a recruiting strategy and streamlining the recruiting process. Experience in onboarding, mentor programs, new hire processes, training and talent development, leadership development. The right fit for the must have strong communication skills and have the ability to partner with hiring managers and be able to develop rapport as well partner with senior leadership.
Qualifications:

Experience from a PE owned organization, successfully acquire organization or a company that recently IPOed

Understands an M&A model in a high growth environment

5+ years of recruiting experience in a tech corporate environment

Prior experience designing and implementing comprehensive onboarding
