Title: Talent Management Specialist

Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a private school of excellence in search of a Talent Management Specialist. This position will consist of a strong recruiting component as well as generalist responsibilities.

• Take responsibility for the recruiting process.
• Develop a talent attraction and development strategy
• Source potential candidates through online channels
• Perform first phone screen and plan interviews
• Design job descriptions

Responsibilities:

• On-boarding/off-boarding
• Performance management
• Administrative duties
• Payroll and will often work in our HCM/Payroll system
