Role Overview:  Lucas Group has partnered with a leading diversity and inclusion consulting firm on their search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in San Francisco CA. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual in this newly created role due to the growth of the firm! This detail - oriented, motivated individual will serve as the full cycle recruiting expert and be responsible for attracting and retaining top talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with key leaders and hiring managers on identifying industry experts, creating unique targeted sourcing campaigns and much more. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Manage the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent
• Identify, recruit and conduct interviews
• Research and recommend new sources for both active and passive candidates
• Establish, track and improve recruiting statistics and trends
• Participate in succession planning by analyzing potential talent gaps and career development plans
• Develop and manage metrics to measure growth and performance
• Serve as knowledge expert

Requirements:

• 3-4 years full cycle recruiting experience
• Must be comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search
• Previous experience recruiting professionals in law, financial or consulting
• Experience in diversity and inclusion D&I recruiting
• Detail oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Greenhouse preferred
